The term for these is "stitched digital panoramas." Several overlapping digital pictures are combined into a whole. This image used two rows of three pictures each.
These are quite wide-angle images but they often don't look it. This is because they don't have the long horizontal format of traditional panoramas and the stitching minimizes the distorted edges of wide-angle lenses.
This is the Como Park Conservatory in St. Paul, Minnesota.
